Aiea-based joint venture wins $138M NAVFAC Guam contract

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Marianas on June 8 awarded Aiea-based H2O Guam JV a $138,452,700 firm-fixed-price contract on to repair two wharves at Naval Base Guam and Apra Harbor.

The joint venture is comprised of Healy Tibbitts Builders Inc., Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co. Inc. and Obayashi Corp.

Work is expected to be completed by July 2026.

According to a Department of Defense news release, operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $138,452,700 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
