NAIOP Hawaii announced the 2026 commercial real estate award winners during their May 1 Kukulu Hale Awards ceremony at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.
NAIOP Hawaii, the local chapter of the national industry association, presented 12 awards recognizing outstanding companies, projects and individuals in Hawai‘i commercial real estate development. The awards consisted of eight project awards and four special recognition awards.
The project awards encompassed both new builds and renovations across public and private sectors including The Park on Ke‘eaumoku, Kaiāulu o Kūku‘ia, Cirque du Soleil ‘Auana at Outrigger Theater and Kūpono Solar.
Design firms recognized for their projects included G70, Next Design and Design Partners Inc. Honored general contractors and developers included Swinerton, Nordic PCL Construction Inc., Kiewit Corp., Moss and Keeaumoku Development Owners LLC.
