The General Contractors Association (GCA) of Hawaii installed its new board of directors for 2026 at an installation ceremony held at The Royal Hawaiian Resort Waikiki on Jan. 17. Michael Inouye was sworn in as 2026 president, taking the helm from 2025 President Russell Inouye.
