Kaʻulu, a new master-planned community by Gentry Kalaeloa LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gentry Homes Ltd., is set to debut this fall.
The community’s projected opening is Nov. 18, said Rick Hobson, vice president of sales and marketing at Gentry Homes, and is expected to offer Ka‘ulu’s first completed residences.
Situated on approximately 30 acres in Kalaeloa, Kaʻulu will feature a total of 390 homes, including 262 flex loft-style, multi-family attached homes offering two and three bedrooms with an enclosed single-car garage.
In addition, 128 single-family detached residences with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car enclosed garage and landscaped front yards will be offered.
Kaʻulu will be the first residential community in the newly designated Kalaeloa Community Development District, aligning with the vision of Kalaeloa as a “Center of Excellence,” or “Wahi Ho‘okela.”
Gentry Kalaeloa LLC will design and market the homes, including 87 reserved housing units for residents earning up to 140 percent of O‘ahuʻs median income.
Prices for reserved and market units will be published at a later date.
