Marine Corps awards additional $12M to Caddell-Nan JV

Caddell-Nan JV, an Alabama-based joint venture that includes Hawai‘i general contractor Nan Inc., was awarded a $12,016,223 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously-awarded contract Aug. 31 for furniture, fixtures and equipment at a new bachelor enlisted quarters project currently underway at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz on Guam.

The award increases the contract’s total cumulative value to $225,168,735.

Work is expected to be completed by January.
