Gentry Reports Strong West Side Sales

Rick Hobson, Gentry Homes vice president of sales and marketing, says sales in the developer’s three new West Oahu neighborhoods are brisk.

“We project to have our last 16 homes at NorthPark close escrow by the end of the first quarter,” Hobson says. “This includes model homes which are now sold and no longer available to visit.”

Gentry’s Makamae community continues to sell four to six homes per month and “we expect 16 closings in the first quarter of 2023,” he says. Makamae homes are priced at just over $1 million.

Hobson says Ka‘ulu by Gentry, its newest neighborhood located behind Costco Kapolei in Kalaeloa, will open this summer for sales. Ka‘ulu will offer two- and three-bedroom stacked flats with single car-attached garages (HCDA reserved housing guidelines apply as required). Ka‘ulu will also offer three-bedroom, 2.5-bath single-family condominium homes similar to Gentry’s ParkSide, SeaBridge and NorthPark communities.
