As the holiday season gets underway, I’m reminded the best gifts are those that keep on giving.

For me, those gifts are my associate editors — the dedicated individuals who pour their passion, creativity and hard work into their roles at Trade Media Hui every day.

Their contributions go beyond just meeting deadlines and hitting targets. Brett Alexander-Estes, Vanessa Hathaway and Richard Melendez create a culture of excellence, resilience and generosity that fuels our collective success all year long.

This season, I find myself especially grateful for each of my team members, whose commitment and effort are truly the gifts that keep on giving.
