Paula Carr now leads the Human Resources team as human resources manager, responsible for implementing and coordinating policies and programs supporting employees, employee benefits and the company’s strategic goals. She has been with Hawaiian Cement for 12 years, beginning as a senior HR generalist for the company.

Kristie Tokifuji joins the company as process improvement manager. She will be responsible for engaging the workforce to drive process efficiency, reduce waste, create sustainable change and align processes. Tokifuji holds an MBA in project management from the International Institute of Business Analysis.
