Jay Stone has been promoted to principal of the civil engineering division. Stone has 31 years of experience as a civil engineer, including work on public and private projects. Stone has been with the firm since 2021, starting in the role of civil engineering senior manager before becoming senior associate in 2023. Stone has earned both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Notre Dame.

Alton Higa, director of accounting, was promoted to the role of associate. Higa has 37 years of experience in accounting and started with the firm in 2022. Higa, a CPA, is a graduate of the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
