Honolulu-based Goldwings Supply Service, Inc., a leading provider of aviation and adaptive solutions worldwide, has completed state-of-the-art lighting installations with the National Park Service in California, Nebraska and Hawai‘i.

According to a news release, the company finished work at the following locations:

  • Mojave National Preserve, California (completed in April)
  • Homestead National Historic Park, Nebraska (completed in November 2022)
  • Pearl Harbor National Memorial (completed in 2018).

Goldwings lighting solutions are designed to maximize energy efficiency and minimize impact on wildlife, surrounding lands and dark skies. Self-contained units also eliminate the need for permitting, dredging, heavy equipment and conduit/wire pulling.

Batteries in self-contained units last up to a decade. With no connection to the grid, lights continue to work during power outages and can be controlled with a bluetooth app. Installation time is just a few minutes per unit.

Other Hawai‘i locations using Goldwings lighting include the Ma‘alaea Triangle Parking Lot (installation expected to be completed this summer), Kaiser Permanente Leeward Clinic Medical Office Building, Mililani Recreation Center 4, the Sheraton Kaua‘i Resort and the Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum.
