Kyle Watase has been named president. Watase has been with the company since 2016, starting as assistant project coordinator. Most recently, Watase held the title of vice president. As president, Watase will be the third generation to lead the family-owned company, following Craig Watase and founder Mark Watase.

Former president Craig Watase will transition to the position of CEO and will “oversee the company’s strategic planning and coordination with related entities, development and property management partners,” according to a press release.
