James Campbell Company on Tuesday announced the acquisition of the Westport Parkway Logistics Center in Dallas, Texas. The 882,565-square-foot facility is made up of two industrial properties — Westport Parkway 402 and Westport Parkway 504 — within the Alliance submarket in Dallas.
The Westport Parkway Logistics Center is a modern facility with features highly coveted by bulk users, including dedicated circulation for trucks, 32- to 36-foot clear heights and 173 trailer staging spaces. The center’s strategic location also offers easy-access to major highways, providing regional and national connectivity for potential tenants.
“The addition of the Westport Parkway Logistics Hub is part of our strategy to strengthen JCC’s overall portfolio, helping us create value that is complementary to our Hawai‘i operations and developments,” Kevin Penn, president and CEO of James Campbell Company, said in a statement. “We continue to work on improving our portfolio long-term through investments in key markets like Dallas that offer strong growth potential and income opportunities.”
The purchase of the two buildings brings JCC’s mainland portfolio to 95 properties total in 12 U.S. states and Washington D.C.
