Vance Tsuda is now project director at the agency. Tsuda will be responsible for coordinating and executing all technical aspects of the Skyline rail project. Tsuda was previously deputy project director, where he was responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders regarding certain critical deliverables, and has been with HART since 2015 when he was hired as an electrical engineer. Tsuda is a certified construction manager and holds an engineering degree from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.
