Jason Blinkhorn was promoted to Hawai‘i division manager and principal, overseeing all firm operations in Allana Buick & Bers Inc.’s (ABB) Hawai‘i and Guam markets. His more than 20 years of experience in the fire protection industry comprises all aspects of fire protection and life safety, including consulting services, design-build contracting, inspections, testing and maintenance. Previously, Blinkhorn worked at Dorvin D. Leis Co. Inc. in Hawai‘i and Western States Fire Protection in Arizona.

Silas Collier now serves as director of construction management and principal at ABB. As principal, he leads ABB’s construction management team in Hawai‘i and the continental United States. He has more than 25 years of construction industry experience and previously operated his own construction management firm.

Andrew Kistler was promoted to ABB Hawaii Mechanical Division manager and associate principal, and now leads ABB’s Mechanical consulting team in Honolulu. He has 13 years of industry experience, ranging from HVAC and plumbing construction and commissioning to manufacturing of custom electrical equipment and modular buildings. He joined ABB in 2021.

Daniel Hughes returns to ABB as a senior construction manager. He has nine years of industry experience in material supply, general contracting, design, construction management and development. Previous employers include J&B Building Material (formerly Pono Building Materials), Barker Kappelle Construction LLC, Kelikai Inc., ABB and Kamehameha Schools.
